Early in career, it’s way too easy to end up on a recruitment brick wall that seals you into a job so tight if you try to move out of that job track later in life, and suddenly you’re on your own, with no support network or resources for making a career change.
FameFlock rejects traditional metrics like major, GPA, and past titles to help candidates get past the resume screen and land jobs based on their skill set.
