Being a startup founder myself, I always want to surround myself with other startups. I want to learn from them and grow. I also want to grow my network and be able to get warm intros to the right people. So I sought out to build a community and workplace where that is possible. Giving the larger startups what they need and helping the little guy, like me, too. Our standardized rates are cheaper than anyone else and highly beneficial to the larger startups with new or existing office leases. Especially in a hybrid workforce world where 40% of all office space was unused/under utilized space before the pandemic.
